This 1979 Contemporary was tired and worn with vertical siding, sliding glass windows and dark interior spaces. A closer look revealed the rough-hewn rafters and hard pine flooring of a turn-of-the-century farmhouse. Inspired by its hidden potential, Sterling restored the home to include all new mechanical systems, new dining and living rooms, an eat-in kitchen, family room and sun-lit sitting porch. This investment more than doubled the value of the property.
